Is there any value in getting a Series S, if I have a One X?

Can't find a series X, and seeing Series S all over

Is it worth it to get an S until an X becomes available, or is it not enough of an upgrade over the One X?

just wait to get an X. follow @mattswider on twitter with notifications on.

you best bet is best buy, walmart and gamestop.

best buy will require a total tech membership or whatever it's called ($199/year)

gamestop will require a pro membership ($15/year)

the halo edition X dropped today. you must've missed it. don't expect it to fall in your lap. you're gonna have to work for it. stay in line at best buy/gamestop overnight for 6 hours or stare at your phone 24/7.

No point in buying substandard when you plan on buying the best.

Its like settling for an RS camaro when you want an SS.

The One X is fine unless you need faster load times, higher framerate caps, and 120 fps support right now.

Isn't the S slower than the One X? It's about PS4 Pro level if I'm remembering right.

Currently QVC has Xbox series X bundle $1,049.96 with 3 flex payment option also

HSN has a Xbox series X bundle for $999.99 with 3 flex payment options available

Not claiming this bundle is a good deal or anything but just letting you know where you can purchase one from a reputable source and not a scalper

No it is not. It does not do 4K but it everything else is superior to the One X. That being said, I would wait for Series X.

It supports 4k output, but Ori Will of the Wisps and maybe a few indie games are the only games with internal resolutions of 2160p.

It’s too minor of an upgrade. Just keep your eyes peeled for the Series X. Bundles are easier to find generally and there have been some good ones in the past. When I got mine I got The Show 21 and an extra controller with it, very happy with my purchase. It’s much easier to find these at MSRP than the PS5 or even the Switch OLED. If you don’t need the extras in a bundle consider selling them off when you get your unit, or giving them to people as Christmas gifts
