This guy know what sells

I reached out and asked if this meant EA was committed to including drunk LSU fans demanding that the band play Neck, but those questions were not answered at press time.

99% chance EA takes whatever Madden is currently out and re-skin it with college teams, slap on utlimate team and a bare-bones single player, and call it a day. Then blast their fanbase on Twitter when they are rightfully called out on their BS.

I think you're low balling the odds. EA used to mean great games. Been a long time since those days.

Yeah EA is almost complete shite. And they know there’s enough people that will buy this game regardless of whether it’s bad or not. There’s little reason for them to actually go back to their old levels of quality because they know people will still buy it

EA will frick this up. They will use madden gameplay and just make it feel like college football.

Why? Because you’re going to buy it.

I won't. It's been over a decade since I've bought a sports game other than iracing. Mostly because everything moved online and I wasn't good enough to compete and didn't want to take the time to learn. Seems like these games are pay to win now. I'll just remember the good days of kicking my roommates arse in MLB, NBA and NCAA.

Yep. Gaming is going south with micro transactions.

Not many AAA games worth it anymore because you are only paying for half of a game.

EA is going to mess this up so bad. I wish they could just remaster NCAA 14. Update the gameplay a little, add in all the new rules, and update the rosters.

EA Sports College Football targeting a July 2023 release, more details

quote:

EA is now collecting musical assets from each school, such as crowd chants, band performances, stadium sounds, etc. They’re also still collecting stadium assets

Nearly 120 schools, conferences, and bowl games have approved participation in the game.

The expectation is while every FBS school and athletic conference is not currently signed on officially, the belief is that all schools that participate in football at the FBS level will sign on by launch as they have submitted stadium and/or music assets

EA wants to pay college players for their likeness to appear in the game but the framework to do so isn’t quite there yet

Schools will make between $100k to $10k for their participation, based on a tier system tied to their finish in the AP Top 25 over the past 10 seasons

Ultimate Team is planned, and Dynasty will return

The scary part about dynasty is it says “in some extent” or something like that.

I’m thinking the first installment won’t have a full fledged dynasty mode because they’ll claim they didn’t have time. Even though they have 2 full years and a foundation already with previous NCAA games.

Matt Brown already said basically he just worded that poorly. People are misinterpreting that. Dynasty will be in the game and will probably be just as good as 14.
