Only before the item is shipped. If they credited your account for every price drop they wouldn't make any money.

I was wrong, it says it could take up to 24 hours of release date to reflect on your account.

I already got an e-mail saying that I was getting a refund for the difference in price.

You have to actually go through the router settings to set the mode. Can't be done in-game.

Know that I don't play either, but from watching streams it seems like it takes a lot more hits to down players in BF3. Watching a MW3 stream this morning the guy was saying "this game is too easy" and it didn't seem to take much to down an opponent.
