Yesterday I finally got a chance to spend some hands on time with one.

It looked great but I'm not really sure I could justify spending the extra $100 over a PS4 Pro.

What are y'alls thoughts?

I've thought it has been incredible. Battlefront 2 looks amazing on it.

It’s been a solid upgrade thus far. The og Xbox one was gimped to begin with so it’s nice to get a little extra oomph with the x.

Only thing that sucks is my tv doesn’t support HDR, so I need to upgrade at some point.

I'm trying to decide which console I want to upgrade. My PS4 -> PS Pro or my Xbox One S -> Xbox One X.

The majority of my friends and all my multiplat purchases are on the Xbox platform so it was an easy decision.

I’d say those are the two important things to consider. I have a PS4 for exclusives but the majority of them don’t appeal to me anyway. Not a dig at playstation because they are absolutely killing it in that dept, but most don’t do it for me personally.

I loved The Witcher 3 before but it's incredible and smooth on the Xbox One X. The load times are less than half what they were on the regular Xbox one. It has made the game that much more enjoyable

I'm going to hold off until some actual games running 4K at 60fps are out.

Hell I didn't even upgrade to PS4 Pro yet.

It’s been a solid upgrade that could turn into an AMAZING upgrade when Microsoft releases some new exclusives in 2018 like Sea of Thieves.

Have loved mine so far!!

Only problem I see are game sizes. MS added Gears of War 4 to the Xbox Game Pass service. It is Xbox One X enhanced. The file size for the game...105GB.

Agreed....it is about $100 more than I'm willing to pay for it. I'm sure it's a great upgrade but I'm not willing to part with $500 for it.

Anyone know if the XOneX does anything extra for the HaloMC collection that the XOne doesn't?

A patch is scheduled to come out some time next year for the MCC to enhance graphics and address longstanding issues.

We shall see what that entails
