If you want to keep/grow the player base that’s the answer. I think they’ve done a really solid job with the multiplayer. Sandbox is fun. But most people going to move on from a game with like 3 games modes on 6 maps.

Yeah let's make a dead genre game mode no one wants anymore.
They never should have shipped with such few maps and then how they did the playlists was a disaster too.

Just played 5 matches in a row, 4 oddball and one Stronghold. What the shite
ETA: 6th match single flag CTF on launchpad, I just don’t get it. About to switch to MCC so I can actually play Slayer

What if they did this out of political correctness? They didn't want to have a game mode where killing your opponent is the main objective, so they're trying to push it to the back burner deliberately.

Last Halo I played was Halo 4 I believe. But my son is getting into gaming and I downloaded Halo Infinite the other day. Played two matches last night and got owned. Forgot to look around for the battle rifle so I nubbed it up using the standard assault rifle. Brought me back to the good ole days.

I almost missed this on the Xbox dashboard but you can download a free weapon skin and it comes with 4XP boosters and four challenge swaps.
It’s easy to miss, but those XP boosters really come in handy

@tactical1- it’s only free if you have ultimate game pass which I do not. I’m still using Xbox live gold memberships
