I started the switch to Bumper Jumper when the MCC came out and have fallen in love with it. I just wish I had an elite controller to move dash to one of those back paddles instead of X.

Considering I only use ADS basically the same way I used in the old Halo's it isn't much of an issue.
The fact that you get taken out of ADS whenever you get shot makes it basically unusable in most situations.

Goodness gracious, I'm having a tough time getting used to the button layout. This boost stuff and something about the left side of the controller (layout for what does what) is ripping apart my brain haha. I'm still decent enough that I'm starting off in Onyx 1500 on SWAT and Platinum I on Slayer. I think those are ok? I may not be very good for a while I'd be interested in playing y'all pretty soon!

I bought the controller. It's really sweet. But can 100% see why someone wouldn't want to get it at that price. I have my back left paddles as jump and dash. So helpful. I don't have anything on the right the way I hold the controller I guess I just kept barely hitting them and it would screw me up. I'm sure I could adjust but don't really need it

yeah, and people have different opinions on what pack to get,
Gold is 10,000 points and gives you two unlocks from uncommon to legendary if its available
Silver is 5,000 and gives you 2 unlocks from common to rare if its available
bronze gives you 1 uncommon unlock if its available
So you could save and spend 10,000 on a gold hooping for a legendary and get a uncommon. what some people do is go all bronze until they unlock all the possible commons, then move to silver, then gold.
after a few dud golds I moved to silvers only as you get twice the unlocks for the same price as a gold

Looks like team dubs will be this weekends playlist, they also said popular gametypes will eventually be added full time.
There's not going to be any casuals left by the time content starts rolling out. This game shouldn't have launched until Q1.
