They are definitely going to need to release some larger arena games. If the only options are 4v4 arena or 12v12 warzone, i'm going to be upset.

I've enjoyed it. Campaign was fun gameplay wise, just way too short. Game looks fantastic. Multiplayer has been fun so far, just taking some getting used to going from playing a lot of Destiny and my beloved scout rifle. Apparently 343 has determined that the DMR is for champions, and I am not a champion :sadnana: Lag hasn't been as bad as most Halo games, but i've run into it some.

Good to hear. I haven't played Halo since #3/Reach. I was thinking about buying Halo 4 as well so I'm caught up with the story (X1 can play 360 games, right?). I've been able to play Fifa on and off throughout the years at my buddies' houses so I'm thinking of the Madden bundle since I haven't gotten it since that Halo 3/Reach time. Excited to play some games for real again after a 4-5 year hiatus?

You didn't play 4, so you don't know the glory. It is basically a scout rifle. Single shot with good range. Takes a massive doodoo on the battle rifle.

So.... I might hate it? lol. I remember being quite good at Halo 1-3. Hopefully my fingers, eyes, and instincts still work!

Eh, its not different in a good or bad way. Controls and movement is just much tighter than before. Everything is just much more precise, where the older Halo's were a little more forgiving for a lack of a better word.

no clan/company playlist. I haven't run with anyone yet from here, but oREEDo terrorizes me on stream all the damn time telling me I suck something fierce

Seriously, it seems superfluous. Its the human version of the carbine. It is still a 4 head shot to achieve a kill weapon. I might like it a bit more now, with no stupid fricking bloom. But I doubt it.

Yep, but for me, it is much easier to land a head shot with it, consistently. With the BR, the burst rarely all land. The added spray annoys me. I am 10x more accurate with the DMR. Kills are 4-5 hits with it. With the BR it is 5-6 for me. Don't know why, but I've just never been able to get a feel for it, no matter how much I tried over the years. It also just has a better hit detect feel to me. I know when I'm getting head shots with it, but with the BR, I could be aimed at the head, and it doesn't feel like I'm getting a head shot.
