Not weed specifically but in general. Even then though, I witnessed some people go from casual smoker to all day everyday. They weren't very productive citizens to say the least.

Yeah, the couple times I got high in college, I did nothing. Literally nothing. I could've disappeared from existence for those few hours and there would not have been even the tiniest ripple in the space-time continuum.
