I'm happy with the performance my system is getting. I get about 55-70 FPS on ultra settings running at 3440x1440 resolution in HDR with my new ultrawide monitor. I was an early adopter of nVidia's RTX 20 series with a 2070. Given GPU prices I'm stuck with it for a bit but happy with the performance thus far with games that came out the past couple months. Going from a R7 2700x to 5800x certainly helped as the latter's price and availability is great.
I got an Xbox series S for couch gaming so I'm going to check it out on that to see how it does.

Downloaded this last night on my Series X. Didn't have much time with it but it looks incredible on my OLED tv. Hell of an opening sequence. Might check it out on PC as well because "gamepass"

This is my first forza horizon game and i have to say it is pretty awesome. Looks great on my pc on 1440p high settings. Im sure its incredible on ultra.
What im really enjoying is the adventures though.

The graphics are very good, but does anyone one think how odd it is to have one of the main features of your character options prosthetic limbs? They/them? WTF? How woke can you go?

I did find the prosthetic limbs to be weird. Figured i was just missing out on some kinda forza lore by missing the previous games.
The they/them honestly didn't bother or surprise me since it takes no time at all to add. It doesn't affect my playthrough at all past creation screen so why should i care?
you are a stronger man than me. I'd be sick of my own character pretty quick. Also they are gonna call them superstar all the time

Microsoft is big on gaming for people with disabilities and has been for a while. I actually think they are genuine in their feelings about making gaming accessible for all, woke cred or not.

does anyone else find it odd how they crammed so many microtransactions into one of their franchise games? i guess i should have expected it after seeing the flight simulator store but i really didn't think they'd be selling add-on car packs for $30 with Forza

Also, is there a way to reset the game back to the very beginning? I started playing it and I want my son to experience the opening sequence since it is incredibly fun along with some important tutorials built in.

Do cars take damage and show it? Was watching a stream last night and the car was hitting all kinds of stuff and the car didn't look to show any damage to it.

There's three damage options to choose from. There's no damage, cosmetic damage, and then there's full damage that affects the performance of the car and it also includes tire wear.

Forza pandered to LBGTQXYZ+ and they are still outraged. Forza 6 will only include gender neutral names, such as Charlie, Dana, and Chandler and only NON-CIS pronouns. The only character models will be gender fluid black trannies with prosthetic limbs.
