If they fix some things and I can figure out the mechanics, I can see getting hooked on this. Another map or two will go a long ways as well.
Hopefully down the road they won't get gross with microtransactions.

Yea, this looks like a good relaxer when I don't feel like playing PUBG. The ability to build has me really intrigued

I don't think that is true at all.
I have been playing it for just over a month and I have never thought that. It has it's occasional issues but it is very far from a mess IMO.

I enjoyed it the longer I played it. The shooting mechanics could use some work (I'm also absolute steaming trash at 1st and 3rd person shooters, so take that with a grain of salt), but I'm intrigued to see where they take the game as they add features.

I had to Google how to sprint. But I was also about 8 beers in when I first picked it up, so I'll use that as an excuse.

Only one I've been noticing, and it's pretty frustrating, is the armor damage glitch. When you have armor and get shot, you take damage like you don't have any armor on and your armor isn't damaged.

I think so but the menu is a bit confusing. You can look at the controller layout and you have two options, standard and quick building. I stuck with standard and on the screen L1 is listed as some building mechanic, but I discovered in the warmup session that it was also crouch. It wasn't showing that as a secondary function.

It's L3 for most shooters so that one wasn't hard.

Yeah, I kept trying to hold it down instead of realizing clicking L3 toggled it on and off.

I keep forgetting y'all are on console. I was like, how the hell do these people not know that Left Control/c is crouch and left shift is sprint... Now it makes sense
