How does this make it less skill based? If anything it makes it more in opinion. Unless you consider hiding from fights to protect your 200 hit points skill. This makes it less of a problem to engage people as you should be able to find more shields around. At least to get to 50 shield.

I dunno. I don't think we should be able to have more than 5 items. Makes your decisions actually mean something. Grenades are pretty strong, they need to take up a slot.

My predicament mid to late-game always goes as follows:
AR
Shotty
Sniper
Grenades/Splode
Meds
I can carry a medkit or minis (full potion if I’m lucky), but not both.
And then I stumble upon a DeMarcus Cousins bomb and I don’t know what I want to drop, but the entertainment factor of the Boogie is too good to pass up.

All good things IMO. If they wanted you to be able to carry every item type, why even have slots at all?

I guess the point is that I’m left to wonder if I’d rather be looted up to win or to have fun, because the boogie bomb doesn’t do a ton for the former, but contributes heavily to the latter. A grenade slot doesn’t mean I have to sacrifice one or the other. It would be sort of like carrying traps.
Important to note that I’m perfectly fine with the game as is, but the addition of new items without increasing a way to carry them puts my in this predicament each game.

Anybody have tips on how to freefall faster in the beginning? Even if I immediately drop straight down right away there is always someone that hits the ground before me. I see people who even keep falling closer to the ground while my hangglider automatically deploys.
Not sure if im missing something or what.

Whenever you jump out, angle yourself to where you're following the bus. If you fall towards the bus you'll have a jump start on people who are jumping out of the bus later on

The glider automatically deploys when you’re a certain distance from the ground, so you should always dive for lower-altitude spots and then you can glide over to where you’re actually trying to land

Game feels broken past few days. Headshots show up larger and in yellow, yea? i keep getting headshots for 64 with tactical shotguns, but I also keep getting 1 shotted by them?¿?¿ 1 game i had a 5x kill headshotting players with a green pump running 1 by 1 into the back door of greasy diner, go outside and the next guy eats 4 blasts to the back and turns on me.... weapon consistency is lacking, seems RNG almost.
Loot spawns are killing me. I got all of prison to myself, 5 bandages, 15 mini shields, 1 green AR is all i got worth note. no explosives, no snipers. broken building to the NW had 25 bandages and some small ammunition.....
I also keep running into instances where my building just doesn't work. like... middle of open field with no obstacles and i have 800 resources but everythings red, which has been causing me to shoot instead of build and lose to builders
mad me pretty ragey this morning I think im gonna give it a break until quests reset.

Been playing duo with a buddy who just got it. Made it more fun. It’s exciting hearing “holy shite” when they realize you can build a door

Came in second with duo. Best yet. Cant seem to get timing down with storm. I need to get better at building.
