I see you on the youtubes and microsoft edge just doing other stuff and you could be playing. Imagine if I just got on the Xbox and my name is all shiney but nope, I'd rather just get on a terrible arse browser and youtube.

Anybody else have a xbox elite controller that disconnects during this game only, especially in combat situations. I even exchanged my first controller for a new one and after a month its now starting to disconnect frequently even though its plugged in with a usb. Its 100% not the usb cable being loose or anything like that either since I've tried 5 nice ones just to make sure. I doubt I got 2 bad controllers as well.
I swear it almost seems like my headset cuts off right before it happens and it almost is like it is related. I literally cannot figure out what is going on but its forcing me to basically take a $150 loss because the game is unplayable with this controller.

No issues on my end. I occasionally get stuck aiming down sights, but I’m not sure if that’s a hardware or software issue. It hasn’t happened in any other game and it happens once a night in Fortnite

Also as of late have you guys been noticing that when you are on a slope aiming with an AR, like a roof or something... the reticle gets stuck in front of your body and you can’t see your target. I think it’s mainly when you are crouched and moving on an incline. Happening a ton to me

Anybody on PC that is having mic issues? I could not for the life of me get it to work last night in game chat.
Luckily I'm also on Xbox and the xbox app on the PC will work with my xbox friends.

I had a ton of lag last night and mic was shotty on xbox. This game is going backwards right now, they really need to step it up. Also I had aim glitch on regular Xbox controller when I had enough of my disconnections on elite controller so it’s not that.

Yea I know. I let you down. All night I couldn’t get a gun, then when I found one, somebody always had p90 or sub machine gun and I got my face melted. Then I got hit with a fricking lucky arse clinger to the dome. Just an all around bad night.

What do y'all think should be the format for the Epic tournaments?
Kills need to be the driver but wins need to count.
Win = 2
Second = 1
Kills add +1 to score
First to 40. Min 5 matches. First to 40 stops continuing tournament and points totaled through game will be tallied at end to preserve playing through the match. Most points win in tie breaker.
$1000 bounty for 10 kill win.
Promotes more aggressive play as kills can outweigh wins.
25 minutes x 5 matches is at least 2 hours. Might go longer so around a 2.5 hour tournament. Seems on par with any other sporting event.
Not sure if should be duos or squads. Probably squads.
