That is the only reason I don't consider it the GOAT. The rest of the game is so amazing though that I can overlook that part.

I love this game, always have, but the same thing happens to me. In my opinion, its one of the hardest FF games to set aside for a while then pick back up; I always forget where I was suppose to be going, so I just start over...vicious cycle lol

thats literally what happened to me. one day i fired it back up and I looked around and said "wtf am i supposed to be doing right now. actually, frick this" and then I turn it off again lmao

I loved 9 and loved 7, so ive been looking forward to this 7 remake for years now. Im gonna give it a try definitely and see how well they did.
