Me and a couple of my COD buddies(who aren't even on this message board
) use the COD chat in that discord. btw I'm down if anyone ever wants to jump on fairly early mornings on the weekends. Because of my work schedule, I'm usually up by 7 or so on weekends. I'd be cool with doing a few raids.

I seem to come and go, but the cheater problem the last year has really pushed me out for a while now. I learned to just go in barebones and just do quests to keep the hackers from hunting me down.
Be careful joining squads from random Discords, it was a pretty common tactic to play a few rounds with a random to gain trust than tell them to Chad up and than 2-tap them at spawn. Safest way is to join a fairly big streamers Discord to squad up as they police the users more heavily.

lol the rogues bipolar attitudes towards scavs is incredibly unfair. getting 6.0 scav karma is a crazy grind

If your squad aren't really good communicating positioning than running with a stack can sometimes be harder than solo. Especially on map like Woods.
Being solo I can just shoot without thinking. If I'm with 2 or 3 others in a firefight I need to know exactly where they are and that delay gets you killed. Being solo I can engage, throw a grenade and then outflank. Harder to do that with s squad.

I play solo. Takes tons of practice to learn maps and good pathing for loot.
Hipfiring is far superior for anything under 50 meters.
Learn where your muzzle is pointed exactly and aim that way.
Research ammo. Many rounds wont break armor or barely do.. so when fighting scavs you have to continually hit them and use the stopping power to keep them from shooting back and 1 tapping you.
I nearly always use single fire unless i know someones coming and want to try and burst them close quarters. You need to be high level for your recoil to be low enough for regular full auto.
Weapons misfire regularly if under 80% durability, you have to check weapon with L to discover the malfunction and the. Correct it with shite+T.
If you want to play regularly it's time consuming to learn everything you need to know, then add in majority of players have better gear and higher stats than you because game is mid wipe.

Just got it for the first time
Now I scav reserve looking for glukhar and loot the 15 scavs and four dead players around him and his goons

You definitely need someone that knows the ropes with you for a while. My advice to any new player is you need to watch some youtube tutorials for about a month before even thinking about opening the game.

At a minimum you need 2 monitors or able to have mapgenie open on your phone to help find extracts. I heard mapgenie premium maps are free on the app but i gave them the $5 to unlock them on pc.
