Found out the issue, if you pre purchase morrowind you do get access to the base game.....when morrowind releases, never seen a company not give you access to the base game right away when you preorder an expansion. They need to add that caveat to the order screen.

Elder Scrolls is buy-to-play with DLC packs. Pretty sure you can pay a monthly sub to get DLC packs for free.

I'm playing it on the PC. Mods make the PC version SO much better.
I highly, HIGHLY recommend you get a subscription if you like to craft or have an OCD tendency to want to loot every single container you come across like I do.

PC here as well, if anyone wants to add me @ActualN00b. I'm lvl 374 and in a small, 21yr+ guild with some cool people. We do dungeons/pledges every night and trials (raids) on weekends. During trials it's pretty much mandatory to get hammered unless you want to be the only sober one in voice chat. It's a good time, if anyone is interested message me in game and I'll try to get you an invite.

they have made the side bosses much tougher.
by side bosses, i mean the bosses who you find on ur own, while dungeon diving or finding areas.
many times they are 2 tough for 3 people.
the pirate ghost on the one island, literally beat 4 of use at level 200+ down like we were chumps. luckily for us a crew of about 15 came by and were finally able to beat him.
On console, what are some good enhancements? go magic and stamina? health?

It depends on your build and play style. If Dragon Knight, stamina with some magica destro staff/ 1 hand and shield. If sorcerer, magica build with some stamina destro/Restore heavy critical on everything, heavy shock makes quick work of your problems. Load passive as well as champion points on anything health and elemental resistant.

from reading the eso forums, they say heavy armor is worthless.

Not sure how they figure it, unless medium has some great treasure armor, but it's what they all claim.
