I agree that it does not compare to 1, but I also got it on sale and it was worth the price. Full price probably not.
I was at the midnight release. . .so I am a bit more emotional about it.

I wanted to like it so badly.

Believe me, I wish they were on Steam.

Origin isn't bad anymore, the hate is mostly for EA, imo. I have learned with them wait for reviews and then choose to buy or not but I don't have the anger some do, mostly I play their games when they are on sale. I still haven't bought the new DLC for Mass Effect but I will buy it and play it at some point, such a great series until the final part of the 3rd game.

I have 279 games in my Steam library.

I just like having everything in one spot.

I have roughly the same and agree, but anymore it isn't as important to me, either way you have to start a 3rd party software.

nope, I liked it alot. I was disapointed at first due to the complete gameplay and story develpment changeover, but once I figured out how to run it properly I liked it.

Still not as good as DA1

It was interesting to see the family development and character advancement over time but that does not offset the ghastly ending and repetitive environment.

Dragon Age II was far better than Dragon Age Origins in one respect and one respect only: the fighting. The fighting was way more interactive and real time and fun. Everything else about DAII was either bad or meh. I particularly hated the reuse of dungeons. You see the same damn locations over and over again. It got to the point where I finally said frick it and never played again. The story alone wasn't enough to keep my interest (in fact, the story was pretty weak). For $7.00, though, it may be worth it.

DA2 is worth $7. I think Dead Space 3 is worth $41. I paid #39.99 and so far think it was worth it.

Dragon Age II was decent. Don't expect it to be as good as DA:O, but it's fun and fairly cool. It sets up DA:3 to have a solid plot.

Switching gears here but is it just me or is Crysis 1 harder than most fps? I have been having trouble adjusting to it for some reason.

The ability wheel took a little getting used to but other than that I don't remember too many issues.

It doesn't help that I suck at FPS.
