I know it wasn't the best game in the world, but I have fond memories as a kid playing this on the 64. I just fired it up between meetings and listened to the DK rap. I figured guys that grew up with a 64 might want to know that this is available. Hopefully Diddy Kong racing is not far behind.

There are truly so few games I played on the N64 outside of Shadows of the Empire & Rogue Squadron. When big releases like this come out, it really underscores the point.

This came out in the heyday of my completionist style gaming. I loved this so much.
I can find other ways to play this, however.
I do remember this game probably sold more than it should have because it came with the expansion pack included.

I thought it was over-hated on when it came out.
It's def. a little too big borderline tedious if you're going for 100% but if you like Banjo Kazooie style 3D platforming it's a great time.
Tons of variety both in gameplay and puzzles and environments.
