Jesus Christ man. I know tons of female gamers who could kick your arse big time in games like counter strike. I'd say those type games require very quick decision making.

My wife likes slower paced strategy games, hearthstone, civ. She plays wow and does leveling and casual 5man dungeons. She'll so plays Diablo 3. And has played throug a good chuck of fallout 3 on console. The genre she does not like is fps...I think it's the short life span and crushing feeling of being reckt so fast.
She isn't half bad at the others I mentioned and I'm really glad she enjoys it because it gives us more quality time together...id rather her do that then watch some dumbass television program that will destroy her mind with useless shite spewed out.
We are 33 and married for 10 years.

Same. The SO loves the TellTale games like Wolf Amoung Us but loses direction in other games if not on rigid rails.
She also enjoys Portal 2 with me in co-op but she also has time to think. Seems like most chicks, not all fare well in quick decisive decision making.
Edt: I'm not saying they aren't capable but what makes men and women more attracted to games and games of a certain genre? Is it our culture not putting women into those situations and therefore they do not develop the skills? Just like how men are terrible at jobs or tasks requiring a soft hand or some type of nurture.

A lot do and a lot don't.
To your point. My GF and I often play FF14. She doesn't like raiding as much...because quick decisions, fear or failure, being bitched at etc. But she will farm the frick out of crafting supplies for me and herself to use/sell and make money to decorate the house. She does the latter because she enjoys it and games like stardew,Pokemon etc. All of this is done without seeking attention but the games she plays are not complex based either.

There is no way a woman has interest in complex issues. They claim to be great multitaskers but I've never experienced. Women are also too indecisive for quick decisions. Telltale games with quick time actions would be too fast for them.

OP you're a dumbass. The smartest people I know are women. Seriously. And most of the hardest working. And the best multi taskers.
The only serious differences between men and women as far as performance in skills goes is purely physical activities men usually dominate simply because men are larger on average, have higher muscle mass, and testosterone
Edit: IMO women don't play video games bc:
1) gender stereotypes (guys play video games, women go shopping, etc)
2) women on average don't like violence like men do, and most video games are violent
3) video games are fairly anti social (less so today with so much communication technology, but still) and women are more social than men on average
