Started playing on master difficulty with a full lobby. Leveled up super fast. Got a crusader that is level 70 plus a few paragon levels.
It's all about torment 1 adventure mode these days.

Pretty sure magic find and gold drops scale up 10% with each additional character.

I'm just doing normal right and now and it is too easy. I know I can adjust the difficulty but I figured my first run though should be on normal. Hopefully I get a few people to play with at some point.

normal = easy.
I recommend hard for a first playthrough honestly.
maybe even expert depending on how hard mode treats you.

Well I guess I need to up the difficulty then. I've pretty much figured out my set up to fight with my DH at this point I believe.
