I had an mp10 barb pre patch. He struggles with torment 3 now due to the nerfs.

Wow, just logged into account after a long break to get ready for expansion. All 4 of my characters are the same Paragon as my monk, level 89. Was there a patch that made all characters the same even if they didn't have the same insane # of hours and does Paragon still max out at 99?
I think I missed a lot of changes. Paragon levels don't just give attributes and MF, there is like a whole new skill section to add points to.

There is no paragon cap anymore and it's account wide. Each paragon level also now gives you a point to spend in one of four different categories.

Yeah my barb has decent to good gear and struggles a bit with torment 3. Fury Gen is a pain and WW barb was raped.

I quit game when they made it easy mode(aka MP levels) for all the whiners who couldn't farm hell modes top tier gear and kept dying in act 1...
Figured I'd give it another shot with expansion. Live that my DH, Monk, Wiz, and WD are same Paragon though. What is considered a good paragon level now with no cap? 89 used to be top tier back in day.

I see a lot of 150+ and 300 and up is probably top tier.

Yeah what I've read about the barb changes has me leaning toward just leveling a Crusader.

I never really played with the zon in d2. Had friends that swore by them, but I never saw the appeal.

I have it ordered, I put enough time in the original game to warrant the purchase. Didn't know there was a clan. I have the requested 100M but don't know what it's for.
Are there any new areas with this or is it level a new toon in the same content?
