I think saving engrams / stacking thousands of heavy synths / whatever in order to level up immediately is boring. I'd rather just play the game and get the things as they come.

I want all 9 exotic faction class items, so I farm for strange coins/ether seeds/glimmer to buy heavy synths and weapon parts to trade for faction rep.
Didn't save exotics but I have been saving legendary items for the marks when roi drops. I have about 600 easy marks just sitting in my vault so I should be able to buy some of the decent new gear

I'm not doing it this time. Did for TTK to get ready in hopes that we'd do the raid that weekend, but that didn't happen. Considering we don't have a raid team any more, I'm not rushing to get ready for this coming raid.
I'll edge a few factions just so I can get a few new weapon drops because I'm anxious to try some new stuff, but that's about it.

We'll give you a heads up whenever we are going to try to plan to attempt it. We'll have our usual three. No clue if loopback is getting RoI. He kind of lost interest in Destiny once we went full time PvP.

I just played with a buddy of mine who hasn't played in a very long time and started out really bad.
Holy shite fire that was muchhhhh easier than when I play with my other buddies who are good. It's crazy how much difference the people you play with makes.

Typically the matchmaking makes bad players play up to their teammates instead of the other way around.
