Coaches can talk to players until they are blue in the face, but at some point it's on the player.

Exactly. That's like blaming the coaches for the drops. Players have to execute.

Maybe so...but how is every position on this team coached up and almost limitless at talent? Do the coaches get credit for that?

Our coaches are incredible recruiters without question

I blame our offensive woes on scheme, playcalling, and development

Also, les lost the lesticles it seems like

METT should spend the next 2 weeks learning how to throw the deep ball though I don't think he wind is helping either QB today

Scheme and playcalling, definitely the coaching. But everyone else is developed BUT the QB. It just sucks that it's the most important role on the field.

JL and JJ may not have been good, but after so much experience, they should have at least been better than they were

It's just a bad streak we have but its definitely gonna scare future QB recruits

I hope Florida loses today. The office has been intolerable lately.

he's learning on the job in a handcuffed system due to coaching and his own inconsistencies. He'll get there

Exactly. If these coaches will quit putting him in horrible situations, he might make some progress.

Saw that. Brilliant.

I swear, if they throw the ball here, my laptop is history.

I think those players just weren't good enough...we won despite them because our defense and running game are so strong.

Dev, I am not selling on Mett at all, I just thought he would have played better up to now, even in the cupcake games. But that's on me for expecting that because he had no real experience...I hope he gets there.

I love the "JJ would have scored there" comments. He only had 4 years to become mildly competent.

completely agree, but i think part of expectations came from the shite-show we had the last four years. No way he was coming in to the SEC as a first year starter lighting it up.

And, it may be a reach for me to say this, but we are very spoiled by the QB we get to see on Sundays in black and gold.
