Another unfinished game launched at 30fps with tons of bugs. Reviews are absolutely slamming it. Microsoft needs Starfield to be good in the worst way

Xbox has been a fricking joke for a few years now. It’s actually kinda sad and I know it makes a few choice stalkers of mine here glow red and blow steam out of their ears. I don’t give a shite about console wars, but this generation and last generation too frankly Microsoft reminds me of Sega on its last breath.

Especially for hardware that everyone with be using. Only speaking of Xbox here pc is a whole different can of worms. Pc ports are so often released poorly at the rate it should be industry standard to launch 6 months later than its console version so it actually works.

Also I’d advise you not to broach the sfield subject. I spoke the truth once that it’ll just be another modern mid Bethesda game and ever since that day I have at least 3 people who constantly check my post here to downvote. Casuals who like to participate in console wars or are just so brand loyal they’ll consume shite are killing games.

But to OP, based on Phil Spencer saying earlier today that we'll find out later this Summer IF Starfield will have a 60fps mode, I'm not holding my breath.

i had a buddy who has been pumped about it and hes pretty bummed out, hes a big looter shooter guy though, not really my genre. it must really be bad because this same guy loved Anthem

Anthem was a fricking blast...for like 15 hours.
It really just needed to be fleshed out a bit more, with actual endgame content, and better optimization to fix loading times, but it was amazing flying around in those mechs.

No 3 people specifically downvote every post I make on this board only. It’s creepy as hell. It all started the day of the starfield thread as well. You don’t have to be a fricking genius to see who the bitches are. Colored arrows mean shite though I actually contribute to the board. Starfield will be a meh 6 or so. No Fall out 3 or New Vegas but a bit better than Fall Out 4

This thread specifically I’ll get many downvotes from the “Xbox people” because I tell them the truth. The Xbox fricking sucks and has fricking sucked for a while. It was on top for one console generation I’d say even though ps3 did very barely edge them out at the end in sales. Bringing Xbox live to gaming is the only really good thing they’ve got to hang their hat on since so much today stems from that. Sorry but maybe you should try to get them to stop being shite instead of just consuming.
And just for clarification before some nerd comes along I don’t mean any of this in terms of actual hardware. Have no interest in ps5/Xbox specs.

Not every game is gonna be a banger, but XBox is having a great year.
As for Redfall, I dunno. I don't like looter shooters. It looks exactly like what I'd expect a looter shooter to be. I guess I need to try it out to see why everyone's downing it.

im not a big console war guy and know nothing about the specs of each console, but speaking from a pure gaming stand point they have no good exclusives. the new halo sucked. i was an xbox guy for a long time but switched when the PS5 came out because as i get older the less i like playing online and much prefer single player RPGs which ps dominates, as soon as i heard FF16 was going to be ps exclusive my mind was made. it just seems like xbox has nothing to offer besides game pass, especially if you dont care about halo and dont mind game pricing.
