Do you guys keep up with CC announcements? Apparently they are working on a couple new features that look pretty sweet.
The first they call "heroes trial", which should come out in about a month and looks like a single hero HBM:

It's possible to get around 1500 might just from one hero, so he could just have 5 or 6 more heroes than you.

No you don't get might from donating shards.
I maxed out my hero slots and then started to weed out the lowest might, keeping the best ones, and repeating. I think it's worth it.

Nothin' pisses me off more than logging in 10 minutes before the boss battle and finding your whole team has 15 minutes left to revive

Nice! Do his procs stack up when fighting the boss? Mine's at 4/9 and it's hard to tell if it's stacking in arena.

I can't visibly see a difference between 5/9 and 6/9 but I'm doing more damage. It's more noticeable on raids than against the boss in my opinion. I'm running people over pretty easily.

I rolled a Cupid yesterday 3/5 berserk. Trying to figure out the right combo now. I still don't have a pd and will probably slow down rolling in effort if chasing one. The right stun combo for boss will be the most interesting.
