SMGs are really only special when flanking or camping out near an enemy spawn with the silencer.
Assuming you and the enemy are facing eachother and there’s no element of surprise, SMGs are maybe the shittiest class. At least with a Shotgun you’re not actively engaging in enemies head on. The SMG loses out in basically every situation.
And I’m somebody who uses the SMG often.

I use smgs most of the time.
I like the suppressor. My favorite classes in the old days were all suppressed and use whatever perks kept you off of UAV.
I always liked to be stealthy.

I always try to run and gun when pushing an objective. If the defending team has entrenched themselves pretty well...then sometimes I'll go sniper just to beat them back a bit. Typically, I'm able to soften them up enough to move the lines.

The War map where you're rushing the beach is a prime example.
All you need is everyone to throw smoke then just rush the bunkers. No need for 4 snipers.
Hell, I smoked the left side, sprinted in to build the ladder, bum rushed the bunker with a grenade and a shotgun, killed three people and got the objective halfway to captured...by my damn self.
We need to get a squad of PC players on here with comms. That would be fun as hell.

Anybody else having incredibly bad connections?
I have played every COD game for the past 3-4 years on the same internet connection I have now, plus Madden games and Battlefield. Never had connection problems. On WW2, I have rarely seen above a 2 bar/yellow connection. My ping is running around 50-55. Download speed is maxed out...only 10 mbps, but like I said, I have played with that connection for years. Not great, but could definitely be worse. Also, no other devices on the internet and the connection is hard wired.
Any ideas?

Ive had people appear out of no where and disapear since last week when they turned them on...not to mention connection being lost.. this means the faster you move the bigger advantage you have...

Anyone else having issues with the blank screen/unable to edit classes when in a party between matches? If so, any known fixes? It drives me crazy having to close the game out and start it back up just to change a class, change game mode, etc.
