Finally watch that trailer. Good night, the overreactions on here are ridiculous. It is definitely boots on the ground, and if something like a grappling hook scares you...look, anyone who played COD4 remastered and was being honest would tell you the nostalgia and "simplicity" eventually wore off, and it was kind of a boring game. You really don't want what you think you want in a COD game. If a MP game doesn't let you power slide, it's crap.
I'll be getting BF over this since I haven't really been a fan of the BLOPS series other than the first one, but that was a good trailer to show MP and will probably be fun for people still into the series. And will still be a big esports game.

I played a good bit of Infinity War, still maintain that Advanced Warfare was the best playing game in the series. The WWII beta bored me.

You hate on anyone that down talks any new call of duty that has futuristic bullshite, and your favorite Call of Duty was Advanced Warfare which introduced jet packs and flying into the series.

First one was great, problems and all, could never get a good feel for 2. Never tried 3.
I can deal with gameplay changes. Jumping around isn't a problem (I really love Titanfall). What will usually turn me off to a COD game are the perks. When it gets to the point where there's endless shite in the air, I'm done. And I've always hated the attack dogs.
Advanced Warfare guns felt really good. And I felt the maps worked for that style of play. IW's problem was the maps we're too small for that amount of jumping around.
I've said before I get why people don't care for future stuff in their shooters, but honest question, how is a grappling hook considered "futuristic"? It was the only thing remotely in-the-air about that trailer, and it didn't look too crazy.
