It's hilarious that people think Twitter "just won't matter if you ignore them".

Multi-billion dollar corporations make their daily decisions based on how the Twitter winds blow. Why do you think everyone is losing their goddamn mind that Elon Musk might apply the Twitter ToS equally?
Bingo. People think apathy makes you the cool kid when in reality it just makes you the dumbass.

They are allowed. That doesn't mean the company has to take a stand.

This is just stupid by Bungie. Why take a stand like that when it will absolutely 100% cost them customers.

This is just pathetic. They sucked off BLM. Roe v wade, may as well say 'all conservatives are evil!' Because that's obviously their overall stance. They definitely support the current thing. And their responses 'it was an easy decision' remind me of the pictures of the white BLM mob ganging up on the one person who wont raise their fist. Its easy. Raise your fist in solidarity. Just do it.

As someone said, wonder how they feel about gun violence?

Id say the worst part to me is that they feel the need to defend themselves from the comments. To me that just shows fragility and an utter lack of professionalism. It just gives off a redditor vibe.

But then on a video game note they as a company kinda rubbed me the wrong way when they deleted expansion content i paid for because they couldn't be bothered to make destiny 3 like they were originally contracted to. And of course the lies and bait and switch about their cash shop. Then destiny 2 just got stale and boring and i never touched it again. I flirted with getting the new expansion, but after 5 minutes of playing the new free mission I was bored out of my mind.

Everything woke really does turn to shite. Its amazing how true that statement is.

This the company that makes games where the player abuses women?

Not that much of a leap from those "values" to killing babies.

I laughed at the toaster part, but it's also kind of pathetic it was their cut off to someone pointing out they should probably be apolitical.

I'm gonna chuckle when one of their non-Christian but religious employees comes out and bashes them.

If KFC tomorrow came out and said "Black Lives Matter" or "Blue Lives Matter", would it be something that should be discussed on the Food board?

I don't frequent the food board, but if fast food places are a regular topic on that board then I would say yes. Was the attempted Chick-Fil-A boycott due to the not-even-current-at-the-time CEO's beliefs discussed there? I wouldn't know, but that seems relevant to food so it wouldn't shock me if it were.

I'm not sure why both sides seemed to determined to pretend that it's the other side's fault for all the shite being flung around.

Both hands are covered in feces.

But only one side controls 90% of mainstream media, news, and government institutions. That side has complete control over public discourse, and that side is the reason the other side has finally decided to react in kind.

Except the extent of the coverage is vastly different, and you know it.

All they have to do is let their employees know that they stand behind them but its policy not to comment on political matters that don't involve their industry.

That's not good enough for the current hyper-partisan protestor class. You must not only stand behind your employees by supporting their stances, you have to celebrate those stances and come out virulently against anything those employees are against.

Just bury your head in the sand and everything will be ok, little ostrich.

I find it so odd that people like you who try to shut shite like this down always forget the fact that not clicking/reading threads you aren't interested in is an option.

Yes. It's directly related to the food industry.

Gamer attempts to avoid reality at all costs are so sad. Truly the worst section of the demographic. Man-children that never grew up and refuse to face the real world so they bury themselves in distractions and screech at any semblance of the issues of the real world while demeaing those that choose to pay attention to what's around them, even when those issues come crashing in on their very form of escape.

If you thought bodily autonomy were at stake, having it guaranteed at the federal level is the only way to ensure it stays that way. Their logic from their perspective makes perfect sense even if I personally disagree with it

Only if you believe that all 50 states would outlaw abortion whereas we know there aren’t. There are crazy blue haired bitches I’m every state just aching to kill children and those states will further pass legislation allowing more ease and access to abortion.

Gamergate made the entire video game industry do a hard left in how they operate from a political standpoint.

Then the industry deserves to die just as if they had taken a hard right or any political shift.

They're organ grinders with monkeys. When they forget that, they should pay.
