I'm about to go into Opportunity on my True Vault Hunter playthrough and I'm about to hit level 50. I haven't found a single E-Tech weapon in either playthrough. Are they really that rare? Are they dropping with any frequency for anyone?

I've seen 1 in a full playthru and a couple of partial playthrus. 1400 snipe rifle, burst fire, 200% critical damage. Got it about level 22 was OP til about 35

I would imagine taking out an imaginary 4th leg on a 3-legged creature would be pretty tough. I might even call it impossible...
My strategy for those is to go for broke, run up and melee the legs. At least in my experience, a melee shot instantly breaks each leg. 3 well placed melee shots and they are down.

Only one I've ever seen was tied into the Zed quest. Then that a-hole takes away the machine gun and gives that lame pistol.

I've never used melee on them, but grenades are useless so I just spam shotgun on the legs.

run in and hipfire a sniper with high crits. takes two shots to each leg for even a weak sniper. one shot for a good one, or a caustic addition. just strafe and hope he turns against you opening that back leg. unless im in a heap of them, they shouldnt be that hard.

Poxxx sorry I couldn't hear anything you were saying. I could see your mic firing off but couldn't hear. :( Had to go but thanks for helping me find the minecraft creepers.

deception plus anything is great.
only bad thing. if you are sprinting and hit deception, you dont keep sprinting. only flaw.

I went into Eridium solo. With my turret I was doin work. I'm still in Eridium matter of fact. It's pretty big. Actually I think I'm now in Sawtooth or Buzzsaw or something like that.

Any of you guys make it to the hidden chest up the Volcano? Pretty cool path to get to it. Slightly "platformer-esque".
