pros of Halo - No modders
Obtaining the weapons is part of the game/challenge
no spawn traps
no air support
WINNING is all that matters. Makes your "skill" rating go up. Way less campers due to no K/d openly displayed.

That's what made Halo:CE so damn awesome. I did feel the campaign plodded along once the flood was introduced. Halo 2 was worse and Halo 3 sucked horribly.
ODST had promise but really didn't deliver, Fingers crossed for Reach but was not impressed with the Beta.
Want more MC vs. the Elites.

halo 3 broke records?
Ya'll do know that mw2 was the biggest entertainment release in HISTORY right? Across the spectrum movies,games ect. It is a COD franchise. Black ops wont be as big but still.

This is why I have much more respect for a really really good halo player than a really good mw2 player. Level 45-50 Halo>>>>10th prestige

it's just strayed from Halo 2-3 too far.
Jet Packs, Cloaking abilities, Invisibility, Agility....and this is supposed to be, in time, before Halo 2-3.
A few of the weapons were overpowered. They completely changed up the BR, which was the main stay for Halo 2-3, and where boys were seperated to men.
Maps were enormous.
maybe I didn't give it a fair chance playing it only 2-3 days, then dropping it.
But I just wasn't happy at all with it.

Played the beta... Pretty damn fun. Placed my pre-order last week. Looking forward to playing from the enemy's side in firefight

yeah, i really enjoyed the "ranking" aspect.
all of mw2 just feels like a "social slayer" lobby...

I read the other day Halo Reach is only expected to sale like 6 million copies in a whole year. They are hoping to have 3-4 million sold by Christmas. Black Ops will do 3-4 million on Xbox alone.

The best Call of Duty player is an average Halo player. One may sell better but the skill that goes in to Halo vs Call of Duty is virtually night and day.
