Need to build or purchase a desktop for business use. Would prefer to purchase prebuilt, what are the best options/brands
Specs of last one I was given, so similar to this
CPU - Intel Ultra 9
Mem - 64GB DDR5
Storage - 2 TB M.2 SSD Boot, 8TB internal Backup
RTX 5060 Ti

On the gaming board?
You can build a Lenovo pretty close to what you're asking here but they're ugly as shite (not as ugly as Dell.) Here is a Dell option for $4200 that matches everything but the 8TB backup.
If you actually need 8TB of backup space, that's two 8TB drives in RAID 1 ($300 each). I'd just get a 2/4/5 bay NAS and build an array of cheaper drives, then set up replication to S3 Glacier or Backblaze C2? for super redundancy. Backblaze will ship you a physical drive if you need to restore, so you don't spend two weeks downloading TB worth of data.

This desperately needs to be defined/expanded upon for anyone to be able to give useful responses.

What kind of business use do you have that requires a Core Ultra 9 and discreet graphics?
You’re looking at a $3k+ build if you do it yourself (not including any peripherals). Prebuilt will be more. I’m not up to speed on where to buy prebuilt nowadays but I’d bet it’s north of $4k with those specs.
If you’re using the PC for really CPU-heavy software then OK. Or maybe you’re getting reimbursed or something etching in which case - hell yeah, man. Build away. But I’d wager you can easily save $1,000+ unless you have some really specific use case that requires those specs.

Small engineering and survey company.
Asked here, since you PC gamers understand graphic intensive requirements.

If you decide to not go prebuilt I have an AIO, fans, and RAM I can set you up with.

How graphic intensive are we talking about? AutoCAD? Something else?

Yes, graphic intensive. Microstation, OpenRoads and OpenBridge designer.
They have a place that builds them when needed, but that relationship might be changing. Just doing some friendly research for them. Pre-built from Dell is getting north of $5000, custom built is at $4100. Only need to buy 1-2 desktops a year really, I would lean just telling them to suck it up and buy pre-built.

None of them actually appear to be particularly graphic intensive. They appear to be significantly system RAM intensive, though: LINK
Now, to clarify: graphic intensive is a continuum, not a binary. Your use case is obviously more graphic intensive than someone using Excel all day, but significantly less graphic intensive than someone who uses Blender all day. I would defer to anyone who knows these applications better than I do, but just on paper, any middle of the road gaming PC would likely blow out the specs you need, especially if you upgrade the system RAM from 32gb to 64gb (or 128gb, if your projects are that big).
Eta: though I would suggest sticking with an Nvidia gpu. Looking at their tested GPUs, they don’t explicit list consumer grade AMD GPUs, while they do for Nvidia. It would probably be fine, but no reason to chance it.
