Summit just had a classic epic Battlefield match.
They were down 460-123 and his group yelling lock the frick in we can pull this back.
Sure enough he starts popping off they cap all 5 points and hold for awhile then hold 4 and defend like crazy to win with 3 tickets left. That Battlefeel in those matches is still unmatched.

God I thought it was terrible . I know it is a different type game and slower paced but it will take getting used to for me. Gunplay is not as smooth but none of the BFs have been really . Definitely not a COD killer for me
Not saying I hate the game , but it is not one I would play exclusively
ETA- will be interesting to see how the WZ version of this game plays out

Even though CoD has a lot of faults, you can’t deny the fact that it plays a lot smoother than any Battlefield game.
I don’t really know how to describe it, but it’s almost water smooth with how everything flows. Maybe it’s due to the “arcade” style where the animations aren’t quite as realistic as Battlefield.
Battlefield feels like I’m actually running in rugged terrain, firing real weapons, etc. CoD just makes it simple. I can jump in helicopter and not really have to learn how to fly it in CoD/WZ. I feel as if I’d actually have to go to pilot school to fly one in Battlefield.
And I’m not really knocking either of them. If you think about it, it’s actually a compliment to both games.
Two different games.
Two different styles.
Two different audiences.
There’s room in the gaming space for both.

I've always thought call of duty players would not like battlefield and vice versa

Agreed. Just went back and okayed COD and felt like I was on a 50 sensitivity I actually loved BF V . I know people get mad when you criticize “their game “ but COD is just smoother type play and easier shooting guns but I love the destructible environment in BF

CoD is a lot easier for sure, caters to a more arcade console kid type and always has. They know their audience.
BF is more of a true war sim. That #Battlefeel will always reign supreme. CoD has just never had that feel.
Same reasons CoD has no PC community where it's far more adult oriented and BF just dominates. Totally different type of gamer and much higher expectations.

I agree . It’s not bad . I have no problem saying when games suck. BF 2042 sucked , COD infinite warfare and Vanguard were terrible also

This is my first time playing a Battlefield game. Always been a COD/Warzone player, but stopped playing it about 6 months ago.
I’m enjoying this a lot. There are some really epic battles that go down throughout a match. Feels like you have to work all little more for kills.
Excited to see how BF6 is at launch.
