Found a glitch to farm the shite out of tungsten ingots. So. Ubisoft’s stupidity is laying off.

Also. There’s a god mode glitch that’s hilarious.

I've been grinding and I'm only at level 43. Is there any easier way to grind levels? I tried fighting one of the knights in the guild that was a recommended lvl 90. That shite was hard as frick. I died three times and then gave up.

Wealth, mysteries, and artifacts. Clear each area before moving on and you'll level up pretty quick.

Pro tip on the zealots. Unlock the ability that lets you vault over unblockable (rune) attacks and it makes it so much more bearable.

Took down the poison zealot last night in like a 10 minute fight with no healing for the last half of it

I believe it's called counter roll in the yellow tree.

Yep, that plus the perk that slows down time when you dodge perfectly have really made the zealot fights more manageable lately.

Just started this. Did anyone else think Eivor's mother look just like Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn?

Lol, just did the rock counting side quest. Hit way too close to home.

Running around England

This game is fricking boring as hell.

Side Quests are 5 seconds long and uninteresting

Map size is fine, but world feels robotic and bland, like AC3

Game feels like an overcorrection

Probably going to finish it, but it will be a while. . .can't play for longer than a half hour before watching paint dry becomes more appealing

I started having a lot more fun when I just began sticking to the main storyline almost exclusively, tbh.

Is Soma the main storyline? I was getting confused about which quests I was doing. I'm currently just trying to level up so I can go fight the random Zealots throughout the land. I have challenged three so far and died so quickly each time. I got up to level 53 last night.

Not only do I have the drunk bug, I have the poisoned-drunk bug. It doesn’t go away with meditating. I have to start a side quest or something that creates a cutscene. Guess I’ll play something else in the meantime, it’s super annoying.

Yep, that's on the main quest line. It keeps me more engaged with the game than running around in rural England for 30 minutes at a time trying to find some hidden box of supplies.

I agree that their approach to this one was overcompensation. I feel like the sweet spot for exploring being fun is somewhere between how they approached Odyssey and how they approached this game.

I will run around and if I can't easily find the treasure then I just search on youtube how to get it.

I usually just say 'frick it' and go do something else unless it's a gear chest. Chances are it's just some ingots that I already have a shite ton of anyway.

How do you get so many ingots? Is there a hack like in RDR2 for the gold? I can't seem to find any tungsten or the other one. I can buy one of them at a shop.

So it's by region/power ranking:

quote:

Carbon Ingot - Found in regions with a low Power Level (Power 20 - 55)

Nickel Ingot - Found in regions with an average Power Level (Power 90 - 160)

Tungsten Ingot - Found in regions with a high Power Level (Power 220 - 340

I feel like AC4 nailed it. Exploration was fun, but not overly tedious and daunting.

Plus underwater shark stuff was badass

The side quest stuff is hit or miss but when it’s hit, it’s really hit. As I mentioned I very much laughed at the silly count these rocks quest because it was super funny
