Game is amazing. Its very unique and pvp feels balanced. Just check extracts before you run in. People camp them.

Did about 15 raids last night and extracted close to half of them.
I need to figure out my push to talk for PS5 or just go open mic. Probably could have made it out of a couple more but ran into players at the elevator who were willing to talk but I was just like frick it I’m not set up properly to convince you otherwise so pew pew pew.
One elevator had 6 players around it including me. Somehow got into a fight with each of the other 5 and getting away and it was crazy suspenseful. I didn’t realize how many guys were there until the after action report where you can track your raid…which is really awesome feature imo
frick those one tap drones. Haven’t been able to outrun/dodge one of those yet.
Slow putting all the pieces together. Is it me or does there not seem to be a big variety of guns? Maybe I’m just too early into it or haven’t found necessary blue prints or what but it seems low.
The music is incredible it reminds me of Mass Effect. The style of the game is incredible. Feels like im living a post apocalyptic synth wave dream.
Game looks and runs incredible. Think I’m hooked…just in time for the weekend.
I’m open to teaming up if anyone else is.

They have more guns that not many people have gotten yet. Plus they’ll release more guns and maps in the future

my brother and i jumped in last night and played for quite a bit. got to lvl 6. a bunch of successful short raids. a few ending in disaster. prox chat came in handy once. our two man teamed had 1 down and the other team at extraction had 1 down. Prox chatted and agreed everyone just wanted to go home so we all did.
we both laughed at end of night. We had bene playing BF6 but agreed it wont be getting much play for a bit from us. this is much more fun style for us.
there is 16 guns at current, light, medium, heavy, shotgun, and energy (only one). they break down basically into pistols, smgs, assault, sniper, shotgun, and big boom boom for arcs. a little limited but not awful, with more coming in future.
we both laughed at end of night. We had bene playing BF6 but agreed it wont be getting much play for a bit from us. this is much more fun style for us.

Cool deal! I’m not complaining about the guns because I have barely scratched the surface of the game and whole experience. Guess im just used to watching tarkov sometimes and see the plethora of guns added over the years.
I will also be dropping BF6 for this at the moment.
Will make sure I use proximity moving forward because yeah….it would be nice just to leave in peace sometimes.

I really want to play this game, but my concern is the $40 for access only to get hit with tons of microtransactions to continue playing going forward. I've never played an extraction yet. Do the MicroT's only exist for skins and such, or do they start using those to buy better gear? I'm trying to figure out if this is going to be a Diablo debacle or more like Fortnite buying extra cosmetic stuff
