Haven’t been able to play much because of work. Is there spoilers in the thread? Do I need to change the title? I don’t wanna accidentally read through the spoilers if someone could let me know please. Love the little bit I’ve played though.

Had to take a break. The final boss of chapter 4 almost made me chunk my controller through the TV. I love this game, but damn some of these bosses have some wonky hot boxes.

I guess one thing about this game I’m not liking too much is the level design. Leaves a lot to be desired. Chapter 3 has a lot of big open areas with a branching path here or there but it’s just a slog to run from one shrine to another then back to be able to fast travel.
Chapter 3 feels like it’s taking me forever and there’s not been any bosses that I’ve felt stuck on yet

One of the primary complaints I’ve seen is the overuse of invisible walls to the point of frustration.

Yeah they are kinda frustrating to me but the bigger thing is you’ll trek a long ways just for the path to dead end at a boss or epic loot. Instead of unlocking a door for a shortcut back to a shrine you’re blocked by the invisible walls and have to hoof it all the way back to the last shrine

I’m dumb. I’m just now realizing I have an item with unlimited uses that transports you back to the previous shrine. Things would’ve moved much quicker if I knew that earlier

So I’m late to this and wanting to pick it up. I keep seeing “releases in 16 days”/a countdown. I can’t find any information about what’s being released (and it’s sold out at some places). Is this the base game with DLC, or an Xbox release?

Yeah, took a shite load of tries, but I got him. Made the next boss pretty easy. Now I got my spirit absorbtion, beat the frog guy and now fighting some demon a-hole.

I ended up taking a break on the Whiteclad Noble. Beat his first phase easily. This game is amazing. Just what I needed right now. It’s almost like a Chinese God of War.

Probably fought this guy 30 times. Absolutely clapping my cheeks. I keep saving everything for the second phase and get him down to a sliver of health just to get smashed.
