I believe this is saying cyberpsychosis exists in the game in that there are cybperpsychos for you to fight.
The debuffs and penalties refer to the Edgerunner perk where you can exceed your capacity by 50 but reduce health for each point over limit.

Yes, applied updates from AMD and read if you turn off Cross platform saves, it helps a lot. Did that and running fine again.

You can make enemies go through Cyberpsychosis and they'll kill their partners. Yes, they did put a type of limit on Cyberware that helps balance the gameplay but it's still fun to make a focu son.

5 hours in. This game is awesome. Just did the first “gig” for rebecca where you have to kill the Asian gangster in the club. I tried like hell to do it stealthily but ended up shotgunning everybody to hell lol
All the different cyberware and upgrades and jacks and stuff is kinda overwhelming but I’m sure I’ll get used to it
For the cyberpsycho missions are you supposed to just subdue them or is it ok to kill them? I did the first one with the crazy police agent and didn’t have any non lethal weapons so I just killed her and it still paid. I don’t think I was technically strong enough to Kill her but I had a melee glitch where it just let me keep hitting her and she couldn’t get out the corner lol

Maybe this was already happening before patch 2.01 and I didn't notice it but I am having money DEDUCTED when killing random scum marked yellow. I kill anything marked yellow other than security folks. Once all of the bad guys are down, I go around and shoot them in the head to get an extra bit of headshot / shinobi XP. I have not noticed having money deducted until just now. Glitch? Some bizarre new bounty deal where you need to drop them without lethal or you lose some of the bounty? I've only killed two groups since I turned it on today. I will rampage a bit more and report back if I figure out what is going on.
Update: I am not getting any money killing common thugs. I lose $1 per kill. Not sure how much I was getting before but I definitely don't remember seeing a pop up saying money was deducted.

Nope. I am losing money when killing thugs. In fact, I just killed one of the blue crime in progress events and it took even more money from me.

Yeah. I just checked it a few minutes ago and noticed the Plan B. I guess I've never used it on my numerous playthroughs before.

Batman progress is coming along. 42 hours in and I've cleaned up all crime, cyberpsychos, tarot and gigs in Watson, Westbrook, City Center, and Heywood. Just a few side jobs left in those neighborhoods I've dabbled in the Santo Domingo and Pacifica but those were one offs. 25 more hours of side grinding to go in the remaining neighborhoods before I really tackle main quest.

I started a new playthrough when the dlc was available. Just getting to the first mission. It was a long one, but pretty cool so far. Looks like a good addition to the game.

At what point are you starting the DLC in the game? I'm not very far into the main quests but I don't have any gigs or side jobs as I have done all of them so far.
