I'm 53 so I grew up during Nintendo glory days. I was the first one of my group of friends to beat Tyson, nobody believed me. I hooked my Nintendo up to my VCR using the red and yellow cord and recorded it and showed my friends. I showed them how and they beat him. I think there would be a flash before he punched and you could time your block or dodge. You had to be perfect though. It took me about 20 tries to best him.
