Also, does everyone now have a fourth "limited" item of the day in the bottom left hand corner of Nook's Cranny? If so, is it always one of two items? I swear mine alternates between a surfboard and a rotating fan.

It’s not there every single day . But when it is , it’s always a fan or surfboard. It’s not limited though, it stays when I buy it. I’ve purchased 3 surfboards to place on the beaches.

sweet, i'll get on and head your way. i know lots of people just do fencing from the dock to the shop so they cant go anywhere else

Your fencing looks good and works great.
That entrance is badass; really like the statues, especially the one up top. Also that free item area to get rid of cards is very nice as well.
