Just know a lot of those people are cheating, which in by extension you are too. If they have the upgraded Nook's Cranny they are for sure cheating since it is not possible to have that in the game yet in legit fashion. If you don't have an issue with that, go for it. I rather slow play the game.

Yes and you have to play for 29 days to get it.

30 days, it's not a sin, it's just cheating. Some people don't like being labeled cheaters, apparently.

I will go with the Arlo comment:
While I feel that this game is a slow burn, and TT is "cheating" - the fact is, Nintendo allows it by not putting certain things into their game to completely stop it. (The Turnip thing is a determent, but not a hard stop) I feel like it is "cheating" in that you are using the system against itself, BUT I also think cheating in a Single Player game for the most part is harmless. I just choose not to be a part of the cheating by staying away from it - by extension I don't use the "Turnip" websites, because I know 90% of those guys are using TT to get those prices... but the only reason I'm doing that is because I enjoy forging my own way in the world, and the slow burn is more enjoyable to me.
I will never "talk down" or discourage someone from wanting to use TT - because if that's what they want to do, then I say "you be you." It doesn't hurt me, in fact, I feel that obsessive TT ruins the fun of this game, so I kinda just feel sad that their "time" accomplishments are kinda diminished by TT.
ETA: Turnips are 124 today for me

Been a good night so far. Created my own tarantula island and got 288k from the Nooklings. Went right back out to another Nook Miles Island and got my first legit Tarantula Island. Stocked up in like 20 minutes. 
Nooks Cranny closed 10 minutes ago so now I have to wait to sell. I ain't giving them 20% for "handling costs"

I've been sitting on 200 tarantulas for about a week. Waiting for Flick to show up. As far as I know he has not visited our island at all, and we're up to day 24 or so. Also been burning Nook miles like crazy trying to get another haul but the last four nights have been busts.
CJ did show up today so I made some bank with him, but man I've been dreaming of seven figure Bells on 'tula sales for days now.

Found something called Turnip Calculator. Anyone ever used it? It takes your turnip prices from your buy price to what Timmy and Tommy offer every day then gives out the minimum and maximum of what they will sell on future days. It gives out a pretty wide price prediction but it helps you know when you can sell and not lose money

I have an issue:
Basically I had a friend make an account on my switch where they had their house on my island. However, they ended up getting their own switch and their own copy. I ended up deleting their account but forgot to delete their house off my island. Is there a way to undo this and delete their house or am I stuck with a loss of property?

I have not done it yet, but Tom lets you select "demolish a building" or something to that effect when you talk to him about infrastructure. That may or may not help though.
