Found a few recipes online, anyone here ever try to make them? If so, how did they turn out?

I browned some niblets in a skillet and added them to my cream grits, then baked with cheese. It was pretty close. But it has been a while since I had them or made them, can't remember if there was more to it then that. Zea's are pretty good.

My wife uses the online recipe often. No need to use grilled corn, substitute white shoe peg . Also only place in br I could find grits is whole food and south side produce.

What's the difference? The only places I like grits from are Coyote Blues and Zea's.

My wife makes it for us often and they come out pretty good. I'll have to find out what recipe she uses. I don't think she uses any special kind of grits.
We're actually going to Zea's tonight for her birthday. Two side of grits coming my way.

I tried the seasoned potatoes and sweet potatoes but next time its double grits. What do you usually get there?

Half rack of ribs and a half bbq chicken for 22 bucks. Enough food for two unless you're really hungry.

The only thing I have eaten the ribs, I had the bbq and the tai however you spell that.

I'm not talking about instant grits. It's yellow stone ground grits.
Here is recipe I find the below to taste better than the ones I had at zea in baton rouge, enjoy.
2 cups chicken broth
2cups heavy cream
1 cup shoe peg corn
1 cup yellow grits (not instant)
Bring chicken broth to boil. Add cream and return to boil. Slowly whisk in grits and then corn. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste

Zea's Philly Beef Panini is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Never have I had a bad meal there.

I love the twice cooked duck, thai ribs, mediterranean hummus, and the carving board sandwich
also got the red beans and rice with fried chicken for lunch and it was top notch.
for side, i always get the corn grits, but i also like the braised cabbage
