Chicago dogs are great in theory but not in practice.
Piquod’s is the only deep dish place that’s really stood out for me. But it’s not a place I’d go often if I lived there.
Houston is more diverse and interesting, no argument there.

it’s a very specific and uncommon list of toppings on a hot dog.
