The idea of a grown Southern man being a miserable pretentious prick all the time is embarrassing to our culture.

can someone school me on Keurig? I get it only makes one cup at a time, but for me, it doesn't seem worth it cause I usually drink 2-3 cups.

do people usually only drink one cup when they have a Keurig?

You can drink as many cups as you want.

riiight

I was saying it seems easier to just make a half pot of coffee instead of making the same amount of Keurig cups

Depends on what your definition of easier is.

Turn Kuerig on. It heats up, you make your cup. Takes about 3 minutes.

Finish that cup of coffee, insert new pod and 30 seconds late you have another cup.

Repeat steps for your 3rd cup.

It's pretty easy. And it isn't sitting on a hotplate all morning. The cup you add your own grinds to is a great investment.

It is, but I find a finer grind than the normal drip-pot grind works better, or you'll be filling the pod up. I use the one with the paper cups that fit in the cup-thingy...the cups with the built in screens need more cleaning and defeat the purpose of the convenience...especially if you don't have a garbage disposal in your sink.

I like Newman's own, though lately I've been drinking Starbuck's French Roast. Expensive, but Walmart is a little out of my way and Hi Nabor is closer and that's what they have. I wish the neighborhood Walmarts had more of a variety.

I love my Keurig. Convenient as hell, no old, burnt coffee if you want to space out your cups...but mine has gotten noisy as of late. The pump sounds like it's grinding.

Dunkin Donuts k-cups are legit.

Aside from that, I like the "Donut Shop" one and Caribou Coffee "Caribou Blend".

ETA: I see R2R made his presence known. Like a fly to shite.

Southern pecan is yummy. Used to buy them back when I had a Keurig. I've since realized they are the ghey and just use a drip maker and grind my own beans

The beauty of the Keurig system is that you can get a fresh cup of coffee when you want one. I abhor burnt coffee and the problem with coffee makers is that 20 minutes after brewing, the coffee stats to get the burnt taste. With the Keurig, you always have a fresh cup ready.
Also since my wife and I like different strength coffees, we can brew the ones we like.
I am partial to the full flavor dark roast coffees, Dark Magic, Emeril's Bold, Sumatran Dark, etc.
The wife likes the light blends for her daily cup.
We do have a Bunn for large group entertaining.
