My go to marinade for all wild ducks:
1/2 cup teriyaki
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can of Sprite.
Blend well and submerged duck breast then place in refrigerator overnight. Next day pat breasts dry and cook how you prefer. What is your marinade?

Italian dressing.

Marinate it for 17 minutes, then sous vide at 185 degrees for 5 hours. Finish in microwave. Top with reserved marinade.

I had this when I was in Korea, never made it because I couldn’t remember the name of it when I got back to the states, but thanks to your post I found it online. Great over rice or in lettuce cups.

Allegro wildlife marinade. Used Dales which is not bad, the no salt one. But Allegro is the mac daddy.

I use the Allegro Hot & Spicy and add Teriyaki. Also add some milk to tenderize. Then either grill it or bread it and fry it.

Sounds good, I’ll try it on a hoodie this season and if it’s edible, it’ll be my new go-to.
