Nola doesn't sell well in BR I've heard that from several business owners.

Yes we don't serve a traditional new Orleans style pot roast poboy. That set off a fire storm in which I guess people got offended by my responses there as well.

Why ask for 11 taps and say oh, well mostly BMC, one tin roof (b/c it's BR), one st arnold (b/c we have to), and one abita (b/c it sells like BMC).
It's like starting a thread asking for recipes, then, as the thread evolves, limitting it to mostly shitty ingredients and a few ok ones then get in a fight with the local foodies.

i think the goose tap handle will be enough of an initial curiousity and talking point, but it is so far superior to what is sold as stella today
