About to meet some family in town down there. What’s good, seafood wise?

How many are dining? Might have a hard time finding a table for a large # at this point.

1) Peche
2) Seaworthy

I'd give Peche a call to see if they can accommodate; Peche is a New Orleans seafood standout.

Went to Seaworthy a few weeks ago and absolutely loved the black drum dish

Seaworthy
I do some serious damage there during oyster happy hour, making up my own oyster flights.

We didn’t make happy hour but did enjoy a dozen raw ones. We’ll make it happen the next time we are down

Seaworthy is a great restaurant. Pound for pound it's better than Peche imo. Best selection of oysters varieties that I've found in the gulf south. Their amberjack rilette dish is one of the best bites in the city
