I’ve never been to Spain but I’ve had it at Compostela in San Juan. It is truly incredible. One of the high end, luxury food items that lives up to the billing.

That’s a suspiciously low price for Iberico.....a shitty honeybaked will run $90. La Tienda sells them for $500ish, and Zingerman’s has the US made equivalent, La Quercia, for $300.

If I was in galerie lafayette I would pay retail for a few slices of it. But no one needs to eat an entire aged ham.
