I gave them a brief read and The rules don't explicitly state giving away gifts for votes is not allowed, but there is a section that gives the contest holder sole discretion to disqualify entries based on fraud, which I would think this would fall under.
May be worth MD contacting the company over, that's very shady.

People voting more than 1x/day is in the gray area as well.... I would just let it lie and hope we can get him in the Top 3.
Its gonna be hard for them not to choose the lady with a food blog that used Cavit wine in her dish, too.... whether we like it or not.

The (now in 1st place) Pastry Wrapped Pear has a 583 vote lead over the Cannelloni recipe which is now in second place. It increased the lead by 300 votes today. It is really getting lots of votes every day now.
We will see what happens as time goes by. The other top vote getters are gaining strongly also. At this time, it looks like I will fall into third place in three days and out of contention with 5-10 days left in the voting.
I do want you guys to know how much I appreciate your votes each day, especially CJ35.
