Rum House is definitely up there when you consider the wait time, price, overly-sweet food and obsession with a second-rate spirit.

I didn’t say it was the worst, I just said it’s be in my list.

I ate there once and was disgusted at the grease covered kitchen and how greasy my food was.

I get it, it’s a burger but it shouldn’t be that greasy. I’ve never felt as bad after a meal as that one.

See, my burger was the opposite of greasy, too dry. My issue with Fat Cow is that their bread is really thick, sweet, and creates a flavor profile that's a bit too dry.

Great call. Just absolutely nasty food. The pizza sauce was on the verge of being rancid the last time I went there.

Sammy's in Zachary has gotten worse every time I've been there over the last several years. Don't think I'll ever go back after the last time.

I love getting their half shrimp poboy for lunch. It's like $7 for a poboy, fries, salad and hush puppies.

Absolutely. Dark, cramped, cash-only, ultra greasy pizza.

Der Weinerschnitzel………… greasy chili dogs and overcooked fries. Tied for best late night and worst food in BR.

Ralph and Kacoos is for sure at the top.

Francois is absolute garbage as well, I wonder how long that place will even make it.

Ate there once some years ago. The food was fine but that place is huge. I left wondering why they had so much square footage.

Agreed. I'll throw in Boil and Roux on Coursey. Food is pretty good but the service there is absurdly bad and has been since they opened. I guess some people are just masochists.

This is pretty funny, I spend time in several of these, Burlington, VT is laughable and invalidates the list. Burlington is absolutely one of the worst in the USA, they really do not care what something tastes like as long as it's organic and locally sourced, seriously. Poirtland, Me, once get past the tourist lobster joints, not a whole lot there, but it is a lot nicer than Burlington.

Worst in BR? Our TexMex is so bad Las Palmas locations since it is a local chain, Superior Grill would make the list, but it is more of a natl chain.

I have to go with Podnuh's on Sherwood, it is unkempt, the BBQ is regrettable and the sides just nasty. I haqve not been to Ralph Kacoos in years, reports from others tell me it has become awful.

I wonder what's going to happen to that place if it closes? It's too big for most restaurants. Maybe it will be converted into office space or something.

Gonna disagree on Portland, Maine.
That place was legit with the food.
Eventide
Central Provisions
Honey Paw
Mr. Sushi
Highroller
Duck fat
Cheval.

All super fantastic restaurants doing out of the box yet effective cooking..

Spoiled me
