Why has it gotten harder to find whole wheat pasta in stores?

Noticed the same up here this week.

Bought pearl couscous instead and it was awesome.

Got two pounds of IQF shrimp, peeled, made a homemade shrimp stock, pan seared green pepper, onion, tomato, added capers, kalmata olives, feta, pan seared the shrimp, added all that together, cooked the couscous in the same pan I fried the shrimp, mixed and served.

It was really, really good. And healthy.

If you’re looking for a healthier pasta option, I would recommend chickpea or lentil pasta over whole wheat.
