Even if you aren't on a low carb diet, it's a low calorie ice cream that tastes amazing.

It's a halo top miracle

I get it at Kroger for 4 dollars a pint
Got to let it sit out for 10 mins
Once it softens up it's pretty good

all of this. the texture isn't blue bell but it definitely fills my craving for ice cream when I rarely get one.

Your subject line says overrated, not over priced. Not the same.

It's nice to have a treat every once in a while. Worth it to me, although I don't think I've paid $6.49 for it.

seems he hasn't even purchased it yet. Not sure how you can rate something based solely on price.

Stay away from WF. Kroger usually has them on sale for $3.99. I was hesitant at first, but most of the flavors really are damm good.

Found it at QFC last night it was $6 per pint. But I signed up for the store rewards card and got it for $4.50 instead. Bought Peanut Butter Cup and Pistachio

I haven't seen ANY of the new flavors, but Peanut Butter Cup is the one I'd like to try most.

WF on Magazine has the new ones in an end cap freezer. The WF regular price in Nola is 5.49 which is the lowest regular price in Nola. I think Rouse's is also 5.49 but Langensteins and Dorignacs charge like 7 bucks.

I didn't care for smores which is the only new one I've tried. I've got chocolate chip cookie dough and oatmeal cookie in the freezer now.

My biggest issue is the quality inconsistency. That's a lot of money to pay for a product that might be great one pint and inedible the next.

Had the Peanut Butter Cup one last night. Why it was called Peanut Butter Cup I will not understand - may have been a total of 3 small chunks of what may have been peanut butter or peanut butter cups in the entire pint? The rest was just chocolate ice cream.

The taste was fine. If you are looking to satisfy your craving for Ice Cream it will work. My main issue was the consistency once in my mouth. There was no need to chew it - as soon as it entered my mouth it melted into a water like consistency, very thin. It did not have the thick/gummy texture that needs to be chewed that normal ice cream has, and I get it, its because its light low calorie low fat ice cream.

You're not the first person to say this. I guess I've just been lucky here in Lafayette. My biggest problem is not eating the whole thing.

I've never tried it but if it would help with weight management
sounds like the $6.49 price tag should do plenty to help with weight management

I am a huge halo ice cream lover. Kroger has it for 3.99 and I will buy 2-3 pints per month. Cookies and Cream is a whole new world. I'm also a fan of strawberry. Birthday cake is good if you like sweetness. I've wanted to try the smores one but haven't got to yet. I have cookies and cream, strawberry and red velvet in my freezer right now.

I also put it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and then eat 1/4 of a pint which is like 50 calories. I keep waiting for something to come out about this ice cream like it's made with cancer instead of milk.
