Who makes a really good andouille in swla

Making boudin circuit next week (Eunice back to BR). Would like some andouille recs. I know Laplace known for andouille but we’re headed west. I’ve had Teet’s and Kartchner’s andouille offerings and looking to try some others. What ya got? TIA

If driving to Eunice, you seriously need to visit LeJuenes and buy a ponce . Their smoked meats are arguably the best in SWLA

Love me some ponce. For andouille try Rabideauxs in Iowa.

Rabideaux's smoked andouille is the gold standard. Don't mean to make no fuss but the Cajun Prairie >>> River Parishes.
And Teets and Kartchners are amazing in their own right.

Lejeune’s is great smoked sausage. Not andouille which is what I seek. Thx though
